I ordered sympathy flowers for some good friends. They arrived promptly and were absolutely gorgeous. They sent me a picture when they arrived and they looked exactly as they looked online. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given a wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to.
Delivery Policy
We do not deliver flowers or other products for orders less than $55.00
3 PM EDT local time is the cut off for same day deliveries
We will gladly deliver orders received after 2PM the following business day.
Delivery hours are typically 9am to 5pm local time.
Orders placed on Sunday will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday.
Delays - We will make every effort to contact you
Holidays we cannot guarantee delivery on busy floral holidays i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. Please place these orders four days in advance to assure delivery.
Undeliverable Locations: These are not limited to airport terminals, post office boxes, remote locations or rural locations.
Non-Delivery / Late Delivery - Some conditions are outside our control such as road closures, traffic conditions, lack of access to the delivery address and weather conditions. Incorrect or insufficient address provided. These orders will be rescheduled at the next available delivery time or date.
Service Fees
If a floral container or vase is not available, a similar container will be substituted.
Flower arrangements and assorted flowers, if some flowers are not available, we will substitute other kinds of flowers at equal or greater value.
Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value within the same category.
