You will be billed 5 days before your scheduled date

If your date falls on a holiday or non-business day, your order may be scheduled for the nearest available date

3. Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery.
3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly.
4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Note: The pictured arrangement is only for representational purposes and may not be representative of the actual arrangement. Mass sales tax and delivery fee will also be charged on each delivery. While we can guarantee a delivery day you have selected, we cannot guarantee requests for a specific time of delivery, but we can try to adhere to your requested delivery time frame. Our florist designer may replace some blooms in your arrangement for color coordination or if specific flowers are not available at the season. Any substitution made will follow the original design and will be of equal or greater value.
