Return Policy
Westford Florist stands behind every product we sell and offers 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact our store at (978) 577-6071. We will work through the issue with you and determine a solution that may involve a full or partial refund for your purchase, a gift card or a replacement of the original arrangement. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, we encourage the recipient to contact Westford Florist directly. In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement with one of equal or greater value, free of charge. Westford Florist is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Westford Florist will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for any reason, refuses delivery or mishandles the arrangement.
Please be advised that there will be NO REFUNDS if we were given a wrong address, the recipient is not home or in the office that day or they do not answer the phone. The driver will wait for 15 minutes but cannot wait longer if they have another delivery to get to. There will be additional fees if:
Delivery
- We do not deliver flowers or other products for orders less than $55.00
- 2PM local time is the cut off for same day deliveries
- We will gladly deliver orders received after 2PM the following business day.
- Delivery hours are typically 9am to 5pm local time.
- Orders placed on Sunday will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday.
- Delays - We will make every effort to contact you
- Holidays we cannot guarantee delivery on busy floral holidays i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day. Please place these orders four days in advance to assure delivery.
- Undeliverable Locations: These are not limited to airport terminals, post office boxes, remote locations or rural locations.
- Non-Delivery / Late Delivery - Some conditions are outside our control such as road closures, traffic conditions, lack of access to the delivery address and weather conditions. Incorrect or insufficient address provided. These orders will be rescheduled at the next available delivery time or date.
Service Fees
- If a floral container or vase is not available, a similar container will be substituted.
- Flower arrangements and assorted flowers, if some flowers are not available, we will substitute other kinds of flowers at equal or greater value.
- Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value within the same category.
